Wow…. Now the United States Department of Justice is stating that Full Tilt Poker was operating as an international ponzi scheme.  This is official as it is being reported on the major news stations including the PokerNewsBoy, Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

Apparently the well respect poker pros owners Chris “Jesus” Ferguson and Howard Lederer have been paying themselves a ton of money even though the Full Tilt players/customers are still owed over $390 million.  The bad news is the players will never get their money back.  What a shitty situation.

How do you run a million dollar company in the ground and ruin such a solid brand name?  Apparently by an endless string of bad decisions.  I’m sure it was never their intention to have a Full Tilt Poker ponzi scheme, but that’s exactly what the owners did.  So sad…

Will Bitar, Lederer and Ferguson go to jail like they should?  We’ll see, but I’m guessing they won’t be playing in the 2012 WSOP!
